    Accessibility Statement

    Last updated: July 7, 2026

    1. Our Commitment

Lewis Media Group is committed to ensuring PVQRCodes (the "Service") is accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and are continually working to improve the experience for all users.

    2. Measures We Take

    • Semantic HTML structure with clear landmarks and headings
    • Keyboard navigation support across the dashboard and public pages
    • Accessible form labels, error messages, and focus states
    • Color-contrast tokens designed to meet WCAG AA in both light and dark themes
    • ARIA attributes on interactive components sourced from vetted UI primitives
    • Descriptive alt text on meaningful images and icons
    • Responsive layouts that support browser zoom up to 200%

    3. Conformance Status

The Service is designed to be substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Substantially conformant" means that some parts of the content may not fully conform to the accessibility standard, and we are actively working to identify and remediate any gaps.

    4. Assistive Technology Compatibility

The Service is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

    • Recent versions of screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver
    • Browser zoom and OS-level text scaling
    • Keyboard-only navigation
    • Speech-recognition software

We recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge for the best experience.

    5. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of the Service may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include certain complex visualizations in the analytics dashboard and third-party embeds outside of our control. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know so we can prioritize a fix.

    6. QR Code Accessibility Tips

When you create QR codes with PVQRCodes, we recommend the following to help your audience:

    • Include a short human-readable label or URL next to the QR code
    • Maintain strong contrast between the code and its background
    • Print at a size large enough to scan comfortably from typical viewing distance
    • Ensure the destination page itself is accessible

    7. Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of PVQRCodes. If you encounter accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at perduevision.com. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.
