We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lewis Media Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
